This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
- PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed before shipment.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Some artworks are made to order and require a manufacturing or preparation lead time of up to 3 business days before dispatch. Where a lead time applies, this will be stated on the product listing.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Please note: Some artworks are produced to order and require up to 3 business days of preparation before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin after the artwork has been dispatched.
- SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using:
• Royal Mail
• Parcelforce Worldwide
The shipping service used will depend on the size, weight, value, and destination of the artwork.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
- DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
United Kingdom
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International Deliveries
• Europe: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
• North America: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World: approximately 7–20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
- CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Hausformhas no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returns, or destruction of the shipment by local authorities. Any costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any applicable refund.
- SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
We cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- DAMAGED ITEMS
Every artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging
We may require this information to make a claim with the shipping provider.
- LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will work with Royal Mail or Parcelforce to investigate the shipment.
Please note that shipping providers may require a waiting period before a parcel can be officially classified as lost.
- DELIVERY REFUSALS AND UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

PAYMENTS
Payments on our site are processed entirely by Stripe. Your personal information is handled and processed by Stripe for payment purposes only. Hausform do not see or store any of your financial or card details. Please refer to Stripes own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
